Telenor Pakistan will be observing the “Customer First Day” on September 23, 2013 to celebrate its commitment as a customer-centric organization. This year, the company’s senior management and employees will be meeting with Telenor Pakistan customers directly and getting their feedback at public locations in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi along with other locations nationwide.
During the activity, the workforce of Telenor Pakistan along with top management executives will head out to various locations in all the major cities to primarily interact with the customers and collect their valuable feedback.
Speaking about the initiative, Lars Christian Iuel, CEO, Telenor Pakistan said,”Customer First Day is celebrated across all business units in the Telenor Group as a symbol of our commitment to our customer base. Also, as a first of its kind initiative across the telecommunications industry in Pakistan Lars Christian Iuel, CEO, Telenor Pakistan will also be available for one hour on Twitter at the hashtag#TelenorCareson the day of the event to directly interact with the customers on the social media and respond to customers queries.
