Zong (CM-Pak) has launched Pakistan’s largest contact center in Chak Shahzad, Islamabad. Zong says, contact center is equipped with cloud based technology and is able to provide services to company’s customers round the clock.
The launching ceremony was attended by Minister of State for IT and Telecom, Anusha Rehman, Secretary IT, Akhlaq Tarar, Chairman PTA, Syed Ismail Shah and other dignitaries who appreciated Zong’s effort to invest in latest technology that will provide top notch services to the customer through state of the art technology.
