PESHAWAR (ABRAR MUSTAFA ) Peshawar High Court issues contempt of court notice to Ceos of five cell companies for failing to blocked unregistered sims. Justice Mrs Irshad Kkasir and Justice Miss Mussart Hilali issued contempt notice on the application contemt court filled by Mr Muhammad Atif Haleem.
Applicant has requested High Court to compliance order regarding unregister sims by Mobilink Telenor Warid Ufone and Zong which were failed to obey court order. Peshawar High Court issued contempt notice to Pakistan Telecom Authority and five cellulers companies to appear next hearing date with complete reports about courts order.
