We are not satisfied with the quality of Broadband services. It is work only two hour a day which is a great disturbance to our working structure. These are words from ABDUL KARIM Principal JINNAH POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE Sammundari Road , Fasalabad. He has wrote compliant to PTCL Chief Executive and copy to Pakistan Telecom Authority. This is just one sample of poor service provided by PTCL Broadband services.

Dear Sir,
This complaint is written to bring your attention that we are not satisfied with your quality of Broadband services provided at 041-2434327 Jinnah polytechnic Institute Sammundri Road Faisalabad since the last ‘1’ Month. We are on continuous complaining about the DSL Broadband problem which works probably only 2 hours a day.Due to it there is a great disturbance to our working structure.
You have installed ‘Fiber Optic Exchange ‘near to our Institute which is also suffering from some technical problems, so you are requested to close the services of the exchange if you have a poor response by its working.
We have been a regular client of your broadband services but now we are completely disappointed and have to install the Extra service of wi-tribe to release our work load.
We expect a quality services from you and request to address this issue with immediate attention. Your prompt action to resolve our complaint is highly appreciated.
