We don’t have any issue with the quality of service of Mobilink as it is the company’s pown discretion to delay their 3G commercial services, Chairman Pakistan Telecom Authority said while talking to Telecoalert.com. News was circulated around that the regulatory authority had advised Mobilink to ensure that their service was up to mark and then initiate their 3G services. \
When contacted, Omar Manzur, Head of Corporate Communication, Mobilink stated that there had been no communication regarding 3G services quality from PTA. He denied the stories in print media and said that customers were enjoying Mobilink’s 3G services without any problems or issues.
Its been two and half months since the auction of 3G licenses and about a month and a half since the 3G and 4G license award ceremony, but Mobilink is surprisingly unable to commercially launch the service. But the company has offered free 3G services without proper or official commercial launch which is only part of promotion.
