Pakistan Insatiate of Entrepreneurship ( PIE ) is starting a series of Workshop to Educate the Faculty of all The Universities about the importance of Industry Linkage with the Academia, this was mentioned by Tahir Chaudhry, President & CEO of PIE, in his press release today.
He further mentioned that inclusion of all the Chambers of Commerce and Industry, all the Banks, Telecom Companies and other Corporate Sectors and their CSR Programs can really change the arena of our Universities.
He further mentioned that students are advised to start their own business, instead looking for job here and there, provision of jobs is not any easy tasks for the Government as well, for that they have to start new commercial and social projects which is not started yet in Pakistan.
He mentioned that 217 companies already established by this platform and almost 8,000 plus students and other community go these job and prosperity started in these families. This ca b shared with all 300 University Campuses around the major cities of Pakistan. Schedule of these workshops are as under.
He has a task of 500,000 jobs through this program in next 5 years. Healthcare, ICT, Food, Garments and Grocery delivery are the major areas he is striving with his institute. Student Chapters are established in different Universities of the Pakistan.

- GC University, Faisalabad, on 9th Dec 2015 from 10am to 4pm.
- FAST National University, Lahore. 15th Dec 2015 10am to 4pm.
As you know Industry Academia Linkage is the backbone of the Development of the Society/Country. This course is specially designed and will be delivered by the experts from Industry, Academia and Advisors Networks. The main objective is to bridge the GAP between Industry and the Academia.
