PTI worker Ali Bilal’s father nominates Mohsin Naqvi, Bilal Kamyana for son’s murder

The father of martyred PTI worker Ali Bilal has nominated CM Punjab Mohsin Naqvi, IG Punjab and CCPO Lahore Bilal Kamyana as the main accused in the murder.
Ali Bilal, a diehard PTI worker died in extremely mysterious circumstances after he was purportedly taken into custody by Punjab Police.
After the PTI had announced an election rally across various points in Lahore, the Government of Punjab imposed Section 144 in Lahore, forbidding public activity.
This came at a time when Aurat March was also conducting its march in Lahore.
Punjab policemen were seen with batons, breaking windows and windscreens of various cars near Imran Khan’s residence, Zaman Park.
Tear gas was also used on the protestors who had gathered on the call of Chairman PTI, Imran Khan.

Speaking exclusively with The Pakistan Daily outside Lahore Race Course Park police station, Barrister Hassaan Khan Niazi who represents the victim’s father said: “These acts of violence against PTI workers suggests that the caretaker setup is a biased set up, it’s clearly anti PTI.”
Niazi held that the net loser of the country’s current political turmoil was the state of Pakistan regardless of which political player benefitted in the short term.
Initially, the Punjab Police was hesitant to register the application of the father of Ali Bilal, citing technical issues.
However, after persistence from various lawyers and journalists present at the police station, the application was registered.
