The delegation led by the successful businessman of Abu Dhabi Tariq Al Yousafi met Chairman Coordination FPCCI Capital Office Mirza Abdul Rehman and Sadar Nagar Chamber & Chairman BMP Federal Area Mr. Qurban at FPCCI Capital Office Islamabad. during the meeting they discussed specific initiative to enhance cooperation in investment, economic, commercial and tourism, agriculture, energy, real estate, information technology, food processing, tourism areas, developing joint ventures, and strengthening collaboration in the different sector. FPCCI & Abu Dhabi have agreed to intensify consultation and coordination, geared to strengthening strategic partnership with a view to develop tangible and meaningful bilateral Trade cooperation in key areas.
Mirza Abdul Rehman & Qurban Ali encouraged the delegation of to do business and investment in the Pakistan in the areas of energy, real estate, information technology, food processing, tourism etc. The delegation expressed showed their interest in doing business and investment in Pakistan. they thanked Tariq Alyousfi for Abu Dhabi generous assistance during the floods in Pakistan. They stated that Pakistan still a lot of potential for investment. UAEs investors can do enhance their existing trade and investment relations through investment in verious sectors in pakistan.
Mirza Abdul Rehman & Qurban Ali further said that said that Pakistan was providing lucrative incentives to foreign investors while the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor project has started a new era of investment activities in the country. He said that time was ripe for the UAE investors to take more interest in Pakistan for investment and joint ventures in areas of interest. They said that several companies of UAE are already doing successful business in Pakistan in aviation, oil, ports and shipping, banking, telecommunications, insurance, real estate, food and technology sectors and more should come to Pakistan as many sectors of our economy are offering attractive opportunities of joint ventures and investment to foreign investors.
