Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir President and Chief Executive Officer Khawar Saeed visited the Main Branch, Upper Adda Branch and other branches in Muzaffarabad on Friday.
He reviewed the professional activities of the staff and gave instructions regarding banking services to customers. Divisional Head Commercial & Retail Banking and other officers also accompanied him. Talking to the staff, he said that by continuously improving the services and increasing the business relationship, this institution is getting special attention of the customers.
The bank’s profits are increasing historically. Assets, deposits, domestic remittances are increasing which reflects the full confidence of the customers in the bank. He emphasized on the need to continuously aware the customers about the importance and usefulness of various loan schemes of the bank.
Exhorting the staff to strengthen business relations with customers and improve customer service, he said that friendly business relations and providing excellent services will increase the business of the institution.
