President Dr. Arif Alvi and Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar have stressed upon the need of forging of unity for the continuity of democracy, peaceful coexistence and rule of law and for the elimination of extremist forces.

In his message on the 147th birth anniversary of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, President Dr. Arif Alvi said Quaid-i-Azam was the great benefactor of the nation whose tireless efforts led to the creation of a separate homeland for the Muslims of the Sub-continent.

President Dr. Arif Alvi said Quaid-i-Azam advocated for the rights of the Muslim community. The President said the current situation demands to follow the vision of Father of the Nation and his guiding principles in letter and spirit to promote unity and democratic values.

President Dr. Arif Alvi stressed upon unity, hope and justice for the promotion of Islamic ideals, moral values, unity and brotherhood.

In his message, Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar said that Quaid’s principles of ‘unity, faith and discipline’ should be the guiding principles for all as a nation to realize the democratic state as conceived by its founder.

Prime Minister Kakar said that the personality of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah is a beacon of guidance owing to his unmatched character and extraordinary leading qualities.

He said that resolve and undeterred will of the Quaid had infused the Muslims with firm determination and courage to face all the ordeals in the continuation of their struggle and in way of achievement of their great goal.

Meanwhile Caretaker Minister for Information and Broadcasting Murtaza Solangi stressed to adopt the golden principles of unity, discipline and faith of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah for development and prosperity of the country.

In his message on the birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Murtaza Solangi said Muhammad Ali Jinnah made possible the creation of Pakistan where all citizens have equal opportunities to live and develop without any discrimination of colour, caste, religion or language.

Murtaza Solangi said Quaid-e-Azam tirelessly fought for the freedom and establishment of a separate independent state for the Muslims of the subcontinent.

The Caretaker Minister said Quaid-e-Azam turned the dream of Pakistan into a reality through his determination and extraordinary character.

Meanwhile President Dr. Arif Alvi and Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar have extended their heartfelt greeting to the Christian community on the occasion of Christmas.

In his message on Christmas, President said that minorities in Pakistan enjoy all political, economic, and social rights guaranteed by the Constitution of Pakistan.

He said that the Government of Pakistan provides equal opportunities to all citizens irrespective of their colour, class and creed.

He vowed the government is committed to ensuring the protection of the rights of all religious minorities in Pakistan.

In a message on the occasion, the Prime Minister said Christmas is the name of love, brotherhood, patience and sacrifice and these are the values that are critical in putting a society on the path of development.

He said that Pakistan is our home and on this occasion of Christmas we should pledge that together we will make Pakistan a model of religious tolerance and brotherhood.

Meanwhile, Caretaker Minister for Information Broadcasting Murtaza Solangi, in his message said the Constitution of Pakistan guarantees to protect rights of all minorities including the Christian community.

He said the Christian community has always played an important role in the development and prosperity of Pakistan.

Murtaza Solangi said Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah made it clear in his address to the Constituent Assembly on 11 August 1947 that the rights of minorities will be fully protected in the state of Pakistan.

Pakistan Air Force pays tribute to Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah on his birth anniversary

Directorate General Public Relations (Air Force) has released a short video to pay tribute to founder of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, on the occasion of his birth anniversary.

The video highlights the fact that Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah illuminated the oppressed Muslims of the subcontinent with a ray of hope and united them as one nation to achieve a separate and independent homeland for them. It is because of Quaid’s tireless efforts that we are breathing in a free state today.

Quaid-e-Azam envisioned and founded a state based on the principles of democracy, freedom, equality, tolerance and social justice. He also gave a sustainable vision of Discipline and Self-reliance to the Pakistan Air Force to be SECOND TO NONE. The Quaid’s ideology, vision and guiding principles of Faith, Unity and Discipline are a beacon for us in our journey to become a great nation.
