Now a days in PTCL VSS Scheme has been launched. To make this scheme successful, the management PTCl had transferred lot of PTCL’s employees. This tact is being used to force them to accept VSS. But number of PTCL workers has refused to surrender themselves.
National Industrial Relation Commission (NIRC) has issued a stay order in this regard. Copy of the stay order id given bellow.

This is petition under section 54 (e)of Industrial Relations Act, 2012 aaplIzinagtioancts of unfair labour practice on the part of respondents alongwith an under Regulation 32(2)© of NIRC (P,F) suPPorted by affidavit. Lat.ur rePreSentative for petitioners is present who contended that petitioner is working with respondents establishment since long and there are various trade unions of workmen registered in the respondents establishment and one of them is functioning as CBA and the petitioners are active track: unionist and members of CBA union namely Pakistan Telecommunicat1on Employees Union. it is further contended that petitioners are being disliked, victimized and harassed by respondents establishment to opt VSS as announced by company and the workers who have not opted the VSS scheme, the respondents have started victimization, discrimination and threaten to opt such scheme otherwise they will be transferred, retrenched or terminated from service, therefore the petitioners have been issued transfer letters to far-furlong areas, these acts on the part of respondents are acts of unfair labour practice.
