Chairman PTI has informed his lawyers that he does not want to be moved to Adiala Jail from Attock Jail. According to sources, after adjusting to Attock Jail, Chairman PTI does not wish to be transferred to Adiala Jail.
Sources reveal that during the Cipher case hearing in Attock Jail, Chairman PTI expressed his desire to not be transferred to Adiala Jail and said, “I have adjusted to Attock Jail, and I do not wish to be transferred to Adiala Jail. I will tell my lawyers to withdraw my transfer request.”
Speaking to the media after the hearing of the case, PTI Chairman’s lawyer Latif Khosa stated that PTI Chairman had made it clear that he is not anxious about whether he is kept in Attock Jail or Adiala Jail. Khosa further explained, “I told Chairman PTI that you yourself had requested my transfer to Adiala Jail.” To this, Chairman responded, “I made that request two months ago, and I was not aware that it would be heard in the Islamabad High Court yesterday.”

During the Cipher case hearing, PTI Chairman said, “I have adjusted to Attock Jail, and I do not wish to be transferred to Adiala Jail. I will instruct my lawyers to withdraw my transfer request.” Sources say that after adjusting to Attock Jail, PTI Chairman does not want to be transferred to Adiala Jail.
According to sources, PTI Chairman stated his desire to remain in Attock Jail during the Cipher case hearing in Attock Jail and said, “I have adjusted to Attock Jail, and I do not want to be transferred to Adiala Jail.” Sources further report that PTI Chairman informed his lawyers that he does not wish to be moved to Adiala Jail after his adjustment in Attock Jail.
PTI Chairman’s lawyer Latif Khosa, speaking to the media after the Safer case hearing, said, “Chairman PTI has clearly stated that whether he is kept in Attock Jail or Adiala Jail, he is not apprehensive.” Khosa added, “I told Chairman PTI that you yourself had requested my transfer to Adiala Jail.” To this, Chairman responded, “I made that request two months ago, and I was not aware that it would be heard in the Islamabad High Court yesterday.”
Khosa also clarified that in a case where Pakistan’s dignity, honor, and respect are at stake, and it is similar to the Cipher case where Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was brought to justice in Rawalpindi’s Raja Bazaar, Bhutto had revealed that the United States had threatened him, saying that if Pakistan did not stop its nuclear program, they would make an example of Pakistan. Khosa said that Bhutto had informed the National Assembly that the United States was imposing restrictions and issuing threats, and he had instilled confidence in the nation, leading the entire nation to stand with him.

The special court judge Abul Hasanat Muhammad Zulqarnain conducted hearing of the cipher case against Tehreek-e-Insaf chief in Attock Jail.
Lawyers Barrister Salman Safdar and Umair Niazi were present on this occasion while the team of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) was also present in the hearing.
After hearing arguments of the parties, the judge of the special court extended the judicial remand of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf till October 10.
Meanwhile, the judicial remand of PTI’s Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi has also been extended.
After the judicial remand of Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Shah Mahmood Qureshi was completed, he was presented to the court in the Cipher case. Judge Abul Hasnaat Zulqarnain conducted hearing of the case in camera.
PTI’s lawyers, special prosecutors and FIA team appeared in the court. After hearing the arguments, the court extended the judicial remand of Qureshi till October 10.
In the last hearing, the court had rejected the bail application of Qureshi.
